Wenger, Majority of fans back him..........

On the back of some rather disappointing results against United and Chelsea, both which followed a very hard to take defeat against Stoke in the FA Cup, where some fans felt that Wenger was throwing an opportunity to win some much needed silverware, so G4L asked just how long will you afford Wenger to get it right..........
One forum actually ran a petition to get Wenger the sack!, whereby it is the right of that site to voice their concern and provoke a such a discussion, I just cannot see how that would help?
I do not follow Wenger blindly, but I feel he is doing the best he can under the circumstances, limitations and within the current economic situation he finds himself restricted by..........
Although it can be argued quite fairly that a striker on loan wouldn't have gone a miss in the transfer window...........
I do believe Wenger makes every decision in the best interests of the Club and its long term future, with the current number of clubs in the high courts facing difficult proceedings which could see the club go out of business, wenger has a direct example to justify his actions.......
I think where the fans struggle to understand, is when he sells players to City for GBP41million but only re-invests a fraction of that directly on transfers, but simultaneously he needs some extra funds to sort out the new contracts and keep our current stars......
Although a majority backed Le boss, 17% felt that by the end of the season he would have used up all of his lives if the cabinet isn't added to.
31% of fans feel he has till the end of next season to get some silverware in the cabinet.........
9% would give him till end of 2011/12 and 4% by end of 2012/13....
But a strong 39% would give Wenger as long as he wants to get it right...............
My personal opinion is that the answer lies somewhere in between and I actually believe that if Wenger hasnt won something by the end of next season, Arsene Wenger may actually make the decision himself, that time is up and move upstairs..............
