Francesc Fabregas joined Arsenal as a youth trainee from Barcelona back in 2003. It soon became clear that he was of some talent. Another of Wenger's amazing finds from around the World, Cesc settled down to the hard work of getting into the first team.
At 18 years old, he has developed into a pivitol part of Arsenal's first team midfield, and will remain there for seasons to come. He shows great maturity and calmness in all sides of his game.
Next season will see Arsenal move to a new stadium, and with Cesc leading the way for the younger talent coming through, these are very exciting times!
